Pyrography tool (recommendations) Posted: 15 Jan 2021 07:47 AM PST I have been using a walnut hollow wood burning tool for a couple years. I enjoy it but it's not comfortable in my hand. Also the tips never go in all the way which makes them wiggle while I work. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good tool? I will be using it for business so I would like it to last a long time. Thanks ☺️ [link] [comments]

Good resources on sharpening gouges? Posted: 14 Jan 2021 03:34 PM PST I just got my first strop. I was using a stone to sharpen my whittling knife. But I got a nice set of gouges for Christmas (so I could try new things) and I want to keep them nice. Are there any good resources out there on sharpening different kinds of woodcarving knives with a strop? Thank you [link] [comments]
