• A Parasaurolophus skull I carved out of basswood.
• Sea turtle caught in a broken fishing net. All hand carved from one piece of Boxwood. Horn eyes and silver plaque. Three months work, it's good to back...
• Just finished this commission. I think I’m going to reuse this shape for future designs
• An Oak spoon I carved for my friend’s birthday, first time using chisels to get a straight spine along the handle! Any constructive criticism is absolutely welcome as I’m still learning the ropes:)
• Finished my first whittling project - chess pawn! Any advice how to finalize it (sanding, sealing)?
• My latest carving. A chonky little dolphin.
• Me and my best little friend are making a kattapult!
• Tlingit artist. Here's one of my first masks that I carved. alder wood with abalone and acrylic paint.
• Carving Jesus Altar at home
• Left handed carving knife?

Left handed carving knife? Posted: 08 Aug 2021 11:09 AM PDT hi, I've decided I'd like to try out wood carving, and i was looking for a relatively inexpensive carving knife and noticed they're all sharpened to be used in the right hand.
