    I have no idea how you all do it. This is my first carving that I free handed with a beaver craft knife and it looks nothing like what I've seen o here. This is a very difficult skill to master. Next in going to try a dragon. Hopefully it doesn't come out looking like a 10yo carved it again lol

    Starting my first Carving project Tonight. Tips?

    Hey all,

    I am attempting my first carving project tonight. This will probably take course over many days an I plan to take my time with it. I am going to carve a great white shark out of 5inx2inx2in block of bass wood. Does anyone have any tips or resources that could help me along the way?
