    Beginner tool recommendation

    Posted: 18 Aug 2020 05:22 PM PDT

Hello! I've recently gotten into wood carving and am looking for recommendations in rotary tools. I bought a VERY cheap rotary to experiment with and after learning how much I enjoy carving would like to upgrade to something more consistent/dependable. Particularly, something that works best with thin lines.

I'm still in the process of doing my own research but would love to hear opinions from people that have hands on experience. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    NSFW: Odd pattern request

    Posted: 18 Aug 2020 11:05 PM PDT

I am not sure if this allowed because its kind of NSFW - but I decided to try hand carving wood and I've never done it before. A friend was teasing me and long story short I want to try to carve a um...penis shape...to be a smart ass back to that friend. The starter kit I got said you need a pattern usually. Anybody got any ideas where I might find this type of pattern. If not allowed I will delete. Thanks in advance
