    My daughter’s been fighting off goblins with a stick since we started reading The Hobbit, so I thought she deserved an upgrade. This is from a bit of 2x4 and finished with a poly spray.

    Another relief carving, this time of a ‘stylised’ scallop. The texturing was done with the V-tool then painted blue and dry-brushed white

    I whittled a little dog (quarter for scale) for my 2nd grader. The head’s not quite right but she prefers the imperfect ones, so I’m calling it done :)
