    I have a question

    Posted: 21 Oct 2020 07:26 AM PDT

I have no idea if this is the place to ask because english is not my first language and I can't find the specific translation of the tools and specific matter that I'm talking about.

Im new to carving and i hit a nail while using a gauge, wich ruined it. Where do i go to repair it and how much would it cost me?

Simple mangowood pendant. The top part is sanded to a shine and the lower section very lightly smoothed with 800 grit to retain tool marks. Waxed and buffed. I've never worked with mangowood before and I definitely will again, it is a beautiful wood.

I am a beginner in wood carving and have made a few simple projects. I have 5 flex knifes but no chisels. I have access to an unlimited amount of fresh and aged pine and oak. Any ideas for simple projects.
