Moroccan-style geometric carved wood panel? Posted: 14 Aug 2021 05:20 AM PDT Can anyone point me to some tips on carving geometric wood panels? I'm not really even sure what the right search terms are at this point… I love the look of carved wooden screens or panels that aren't relief carvings, but cut all the way through and I'm just not sure where to begin finding tips on how to start out. In order, what are the first 5 carving tools you would buy? Posted: 13 Aug 2021 01:08 PM PDT I want to get into relief carving, and am not sure what tools to get first. I'm not looking to get a set, just the basics to get me started, ie gouges, v-tools, etc. [link] [comments] |
