    Caring for my new knife

    Posted: 25 Mar 2020 08:29 AM PDT

Hi everyone, I have a question about maintaining the 'Flexcut Mini Detail Knife' I recently purchased.

Fresh out of the box I used it for ~1 hour of carving on a pen blank made of Ovangkol. I know I need to keep the edge sharp but I have no sharpening tools.

Can I just use a leather strop with honing paste from here or will I also need sharpening stones?
