Best handsaw for cutting through big wooden logs with the grain? Posted: 22 Sep 2020 07:57 AM PDT I have huge wooden logs of pine and cedar that I want to cut down 1.5 feet with the grain to create a few serving boards. However, the ZawSaw vibrates my hands too much and still takes forever. I'd prefer a really nice handsaw that wouldn't take half a day to cut that much. Does anyone have any recommendations? Posted: 21 Sep 2020 04:17 PM PDT Anyone ever have their Foredom tool just quit on them? Haven't been using mine for a couple of months as I've been rearranging my work area. Finally sat down today to do some power carving and nothing. The brushes look fine. Tried plugging it in directly without the foot pedal and still nothing. B [link] [comments] |
