Question about sanding and finishing Posted: 22 Feb 2021 06:37 PM PST I'm brand new to this and about to start my first carving. It'll be small—a few inches—and out of basswood. What grits of sandpaper should I get to sand it down? And what type of oil is best for finishing/sealing? I have a fire phobia so linseed is out. Is beeswax good on its own? [link] [comments] | ||
