• 4th carving, I think I'm improving
• I found a piece laburnum, while I was hedge laying many years ago, and I thought it would make a fantasy figure. The face is hedge row maple decorated with hand made copper leaves. As with most of my work I like to incorporate metal into a wooden carving.
• bog oak raven skull pendant carved with the big chisel (never again ahah I had only that at the time)
• Celebrating my dad’s 50th birthday by carving a violin scroll of him. First time carving a human figure and I’m happy with how it turned out.
• My new project (the egg was bought, but the face is all me :) )
• My latest sculpture, Napoléon and his son. 1m15 high
• Mario’s paint job! It’s always a tough choice when deciding to paint a piece but I think I made the right call this time (Progress album in comments)
• Turned then carved from a black walnut stump
• My first carving experience. Lime tree.
• Another Little Guy
• Beginner Set - Reasonable priced
• Just finished these cute little bathroom containers to go with my forest bath
