Posted: 02 Jun 2021 07:40 PM PDT I recently carved a small, basswood spoon that I want to use as a coffee scoop. What is the best way to finish/seal my spoon? I've read recommendations of linseed oil, mineral oil, heating it in the oven, and strangely enough to me even a method that involved skim milk. Anyway, dry coffee grounds is all I plan on getting on the spoon, so the finish wouldn't have to worry much about water. [link] [comments] | ||
