• How effective would these standard blades on my pocketknife be for hobby woodcarving? I’m also worried about wearing them down too quickly.
• Recent carving and tried a few different design elements to the hummingbirds. Thought I might try a different finish, any thoughts?

• In this video I talk about my biggest inspiration in Carving Donald Mertz, The WoodBee Carver. Inspired by him I take you through the five steps of making whittling knife out of an old pocket knife blade. We shape two blades and I show you two different ways to install a handle on them.
