Carving Comfort Birds
Used to carve with my Grandpa and have been trying to get back into it. Looking for advice or resources.
Comfort bird....my first! Carved, sanded and waxed. I like how the grain shows.
Shapes, on walnut, finished with teal oil
Quick Question If I may
Looking to pay for a custom wood carving
First try at an oak bowl. I guess we’ll stick with the powercarving tools in the future.
How do you sharpen these routers??

Quick Question If I may

Currently have a Dremel 3000 and the stylo. Is the flex shaft something to add that will provide more options or is it the same as the stylo? Is the 4300 worth upgrading to?

Looking to pay for a custom wood carving

Title explains the idea, I am looking to find an artist to pay for a wood carving. I want to team up with the artist to create a house warming present for my brother. Long story short the goal is a wood carving that looks like stitch from lilo and stitch and look similar to a tiki wood. I want to work with the artist on ideas and I am will to pay a fair amount. If interested please send me a similar wood project (tiki wood).
