    A Beginner looking for tools

    Posted: 29 Mar 2021 06:16 AM PDT

Good day Woodcarvers, I'm planning a venture into some wood carving for myself, mostly will be working on things like rune stones, Altar Pieces, and the like. Because of the faith-based nature of these carvings it's important to me that it all be done with hand tools, and I'm looking for brand suggestions for a sturdy, reliable kit which will help me begin this journey. Thanks for your time.

Do you fasten your work when carving and what do you think about it?
